Jungle Adventure - UE5.2 Exploration

Jungle Adventure was a 3 day project created during my time with Schell Games, for Schell Games. After working in VR for a while it was nice to stretch my legs working with all UE5.2 has to offer. Original concept.

Nearly everything in the env was from Bridge, Electric Dreams, or Sketchfab, but the architectural bits and Linus Tech Tips water bottle (Polycam scan - touch-ups - atlas texture) were created from scratch. Many of the smaller props also got new textures or at least a color pass. The landscape shader is a custom tri-planar material that auto-populated all of the foliage in scene.

Lots of things I wish I could add or tweak, but the project is now out of my hands and I'm pretty satisfied with the end result.
Special thanks to Bradley Wascher for providing super helpful composition feedback, Jon Ludwig for setting up the Unreal project with all the plugins and bells and whistles I'd need, Adam Whalen for supervising, and Schell Games for letting me work on such a fun project during my final week at the studio.
