This was in the first batch of procedural generators I created in Blender for work.
- We had a long winding path that was extremely rocky and non-descript, and I was tasked with creating variants of paths. I created this generator to quickly get multiple variants of staircases to show for approval.
- Uses 3 locators/empty objects for start, middle and end position. This was to give lots of control over the positioning and angling of the staircase.
- Steps are instanced meshes from a collection. Steps are selected and instanced at random.
